Ordering
Making a purchase online is extremely easy. Browse through the shop and when you see an item you wish to buy simply add to your shopping basket by clicking on the
button. You can change the quantity as required, when you view your basket.
When your shopping is complete proceed to the checkout to pay where you will be asked to fill in essential information such as name, address, email address and then asked to select a payment method.

Delivery
Stock Items. We will endeavour to despatch your order within 24 hours (except weekends). However due to circumstances beyond our control, on occasions we may not be able to complete your order. In which case we will contact you with a delivery time. The maximum order to delivery time is four to six weeks.

You will only be contacted by email, any contact telephone numbers are used as an aid to the delivery agents and nothing else. Unless we are required to by law, this information will never be supplied to another company.

Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy*

Exchanges
Exchanges can be made up to 14 days from purchase as long as notice is given with 7 days of your receiving your items of your intention to return the item for an exchange. A telephone message is not an acceptable way of notifying us of an exchange. This must be made by email or by letter sending to the email address or postal address as shown above
All postage cost are to be met by the buyer including the resending of the exchange item. Any Exchange requested after 14 days of receipt is not valid unless a prior arrangement has been agreed with us.
Refunds
Any item can be returned for any reason as long as the correct notice has been given.
Refunds are only given when notification is given Strictly within 7 days of your receipt of the item. A telephone message is not an acceptable way of notifying us of your intention to return the item for a refund. This must be made by email or by letter sending to the email address or postal address as shown above. Any item received back by us without any prior notification will be returned to sender immediately and no refund will be issued. Once you have given us notice to return an item within the 7 day period we must then receive the item back in stock within 30 days of your notification. Any item received after the 30 days have elapsed will not receive a refund and will be returned to the customer.
Cancellation
If you have special ordered items and are waiting for delivery you have a 7-day cooling off period in which to cancel your order where a full refund will be given. Any item cancelled after the 7 day cooling off period will be subject to a £10.00 re-stocking fee for each ordered item. The 7 day period starts from the day you place your order.
Custom made items are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.
